Thoughts on Madison, Granite City IL

Hello;

If this is the wrong forum for this please excuse me and point me the correct direction.

I am located in the metro east (Belleville specifically) and that is where I am more familier vs St. Louis.

I am looking at some properties in Granite City, Madison (Dupo perhaps?) etc.

Any experiences or thoughts on these areas?
