Rent or Sell Las Vegas
Just want some unbiased opinions from BP. I have a 3100sf house 4 bed 3 1/2 bath on a half acre in the NW near Lone Mountain. If I sell I can make between $150-200k and reinvest in more typical rentals. If I rent I will probably cash flow $600 a month.
Thoughts on renting out larger custom home on 1/2 acre?

@Kris Hibbetts, I totally agree with @Account Closed it makes sense to sell now and invest the proceeds in acquiring other properties. I'm on the same path just waiting for my property to sell in the NW.
