Looking for Property Managers and Turnkey Providers

Hope Everyone is having a great day. I am currently invested in Atlanta, Birmingham and Dallas markets. I am looking for PM and TKP in Raleigh market.

There are a few big PM companies like Wilson Property Management & Priess. They have mixed reviews and some folks have had really good success with them. I used Wilson for years with no issues.

Abare Property Management does a good job and was one of the main leasing agents for Wilson before she started her own company a few years ago.

Then @tiffanyalexy is the owner of Alexy Realty & Property Management. She is a broker, BP member and fellow investor. She is a killer agent and has a growing team. And her fiancé helps oversee the Alexy Realty Property Management division.

I personally use Tiffany as my broker for buying & selling in Triangle.

Hopefully these suggestions help give you some ideas of folks to talk to.
