Has anyone in the greater Raleigh area had luck in finding a General Licensed Contractor with the bandwidth to provide itemized full rehab estimates on fix and flips?

CTI is based out of Raleigh. They can do it all. You get what you pay for, but these guys are good and competitively priced if you need a firm to do it all.

I've used Aaron Fine (Project Manager) - shoot me a message if you want his contact info.

They've built retail stores for me, done work at my primary residence and done some disaster work for me too.

I have not used them on my flips -- I tend to manage those hands-on and do not need their help...but if a full-on general contractor is who/what you need, CTI is great.
