Cleveland handyman recommendations?
Hello all - I own a duplex in West Park and am in need of a handyman for a laundry list of small repairs around the property. Scope includes installing six GFCIs, snaking three drains, replacing a shower valve cartridge, very minor drywall patching, small waterproofing patchwork in the basement/front porch, realigning a few doors, replacing a kitchen sink drain assembly, installing blinds, and a handful of other minor items. I have most of the materials on hand.
Does anybody have a contact available and willing to take on these jobs? I'm personally having a really hard time finding someone reliable in this hot contractor market who will not blatantly overcharge out the wazoo to take on anything other than a full remodel. @Account Closed I am struggling as well with honest contractors. I get the market is hot but goodness gracious. Has integrity completely gone out the window? I'd be very appreciative if you happen to come across any references. Good luck with your search.
