Hi everyone. My name is Dan and I want to get a start in investing. Since I'm still very new I figure bird dogging in my spare time could be a good way to get my feet wet. Does anyone out on the west side of Cleveland want a bird dog?

Get your real estate license. Be your own birddog and get a commission instead of working for pennies on the dollar.
