Tax Accountant - CLE Area?

Question

Does anyone have a reputable tax accountant who is particularly knowledgeable with real estate? We now have four investment properties in the Cle area, and I want to make sure we're maximizing things tax-wise.

We live on the west side of Cleveland, but I suppose things could be done virtually and the accountant could be located anywhere. Thanks in advance!

Bob Clougherty is my CPA there in Shaker Heights. I have approximately 200 front doors in Lake County and Akron too. He is great!!

@Jana GibbsOhio is a unique state that it requires a separate tax filing obligation in various cities/counties. Most CPA's outside of Ohio miss this.For example, an investor who has properties in Cleveland may be required to file a Federal Tax Return, Ohio Tax Return and a Cleveland Tax Return.Best of luck to you in your search.
