Looking for a an Electrician

My brother just purchased a house in Akron that he is remodeling. He needs an electrician to rewire the kitchen. So far her has received 2 estimates. $800(IMO too low) and $6100(IMO way too high). Does anyone in the area know of some legitimate electricians that they could put me in contact with?
