Upper Darby property for sale

Hey BP - One of the folks at my work has a property that it sounds like it's in pretty rough shape and will need quite a bit of work that he is looking to sell in Upper Darby. This isn't my space, so I'm wondering if anyone here does that I could get him connected with. I don't have too many details right now, he just happened to mention it in passing yesterday.
