Allentown, PA-1st time investor
Hello everyone, I am currently a college student sitting for my real estate license and have been looking into investment properties in Allentown, PA. I have read a lot of great things about Allentown, but is there any advice anyone would tell me before I get into my first investment property? Any positives or negatives about Allentown? Or any other towns to look into in PA? Thank you in advance for the help.
