Allentown, PA-1st time investor
Hello everyone, I am currently a college student sitting for my real estate license and have been looking into investment properties in Allentown, PA. I have read a lot of great things about Allentown, but is there any advice anyone would tell me before I get into my first investment property? Any positives or negatives about Allentown? Or any other towns to look into in PA? Thank you in advance for the help.

Hello Charlie and thank you for responding! I actually go to school in New Jersey at Seton Hall University. I plan to house hack when I graduate, but have been looking into buying and holding a property to start. I will research more into the different areas of Allentown as well. Thank you for the advice/tips!
