Hello Charlie and thank you for responding! I actually go to school in New Jersey at Seton Hall University. I plan to house hack when I graduate, but have been looking into buying and holding a property to start. I will research more into the different areas of Allentown as well. Hello everyone, I am currently a college student sitting for my real estate license and have been looking into investment properties in Allentown, PA. I have read a lot of great things about Allentown, but is there any advice anyone would tell me before I get into my first investment property? Any positives or negatives about Allentown? Or any other towns to look into in PA? Thank you in advance for the help.
