Property Owners, How much do you know about Texas property Code?

I know there are lot of property owners in our forum. How many of you really know about Texas Property code which pertains to the Rentals?

Please don't go google immediately and post the answers.   Try it out without searching, post it here what all do you know and are you rentals complaint? Does it have to be? What's are the drawbacks?

Share your experiences and stores if you have any too.

I don't see any one want to share it. Let me share what I learned as Investors and Property Manager. 

You gotta surely need to have Deadbolt locks in the front door. 

Fire alarms needs to be installed as per code in your property.
