Hi All - I was presented with an off market duplex in the Englewood neighborhood of San Antonio right next to Burbank HS. What's the consensus on the general area? Good, bad, so-so?

Would appreciate any responses from SA locals.   Thank you!

Hi Arturo,

You really should drive the area during the afternoon and after dark and decide if this is the right area for you.

Look at the condition of the surrounding homes.

Go sit in the fast foods for lunch and late 11pm dinner.

Taco Cabana, McDonalds, etc...

You can get an idea if you are in a rougher neighborhood, or a comfortable area.

Also talk to the residents on each side of the property and across the street, and ask them what they think of the area.

Good Luck!
