looking for REI friendly lawyer for structuring deals
I am wholesaling a few deals a month and I have a few stagnant deals that I need to get creative on. I actually have a buyer for one sub to deal but need to get a creative contract done. also, a different deal in south dallas the owner is willing to finance with no interest short term, need paperwork for that also. I need a REI friendly lawyer on my team !
