DFW Real Estate Agents! I would like to work with any realtors with access to the MLS. I would provide any service or even a monthly fee so that I can use the site to pull comps.

@Joni Fletcher If you're just looking to pull comps, there are a lot of websites that you can subscribe to that will let you do that. I don't think someone would risk their MLS access by giving it to a stranger. They have strict rules against this. They would essentially be giving you access to anything they can do with the service, not just pull comps.
