CPA Recommendation in DFW Area
Hi everyone! My fiancé and I have four houses combined (our primary residence and 3 rentals). We got engaged and bought our home this year, and we plan on expanding our rental home portfolio within the next 12 months as well. All this to say, we are looking for a CPA who can help us with our taxes as well as advise us on future financial decisions. We have also considered 1031-exchanging one of our properties. If anyone knows a CPA who is well versed in real estate please pass their information on! If not, does anyone have advice on how to find a quality CPA? What questions to ask to make sure they can check the boxes we are looking for? Thanks so much!
