Thanks @Reid Chauvin. I just called TREC yesterday to ask if they used the postmark, or actual arrival date, since I had to have it in by July 31. They said arrival date, and that because of COVID, they were picking up the agency mail only on Mondays and Thursdays. I was a bit nervous, placing my future in the hands of the USPS, and relieved to get the email this morning. 

Excited to receive a letter from the Texas Real Estate Commission this morning. License ready to go. I'm on the hunt for a broker. Don't need anything at the moment. Just letting out a little joy...and eager anticipation of the adventure ahead. 

Lisa, I'd also like a recommendation for a CPA close to Dallas.
