I will complete my real estate license in July and had planned to sell real estate on the side for educational purposes and to stay informed of my market while hopefully making extra money to invest with.  Have any of you done this before and if so what was your experience like?  Would you recommend this avenue?

I was a part time agent for about 10 years before I moved over to being a full time agent. I think that it was a good experience which both taught me about the transaction process, helped me learn the market, and helped teach me what it would take to be successful as a full time agent.
