Looking for a Multifamily/Apartment Mentor
Hello Austin Biggerpockets Community,
I am currently on the hunt for a mentor in Austin that has experience with Multifamily units, preferably 10+units. I have attended a few REIA and similar meetings and felt that they were mainly geared towards Single Family Home investing. Are there any groups/meetups that any of you would recommend? Do any of you have experience in this area that would let me pick their brain over lunch(my treat)?

The link above has changed. The MF meetup group that used to meet at Able's on the Lake now meets every Tuesday noon - 1pm at the Flying Saucer (in the Triangle). Maybe we can meetup for a coffee before or after if you let me know when you will be attending and discuss my experiences and ideas about mentors / coaches in this area.
