Finding deals in the MSA
Where are you finding your deals ? Just curious what everyone's strategy is. We recently found one in Hutto and one in Round Rock that we got connected with via mailers. Mailer responses are picking up for us right now. We send about 10k a month and then try to get an appointment as soon as the seller calls. We aren't whole selling these deals right now just buying them as long term holds.
