I am a local wholesaler in Austin, TX but I grew up in Bastrop so I know the area very well, just seeing if anyone knows how good of a market Bastrop would be for wholesaling. And if anyone knows any buyers in the area.

Hi Micah,

If you can find decent deals, the buyers will come. In fact, I'll do you one better; find deals that legitimately will have an all-in cost of 70% of ARV, and I'll buy them, or if I can't, I'll find you a buyer. Happy hunting.
