@Kimberlee Shannon not in Pflugerville but I use a title company in Cedar park called Texas National Title that in my opinion is the best title company in the area!

@Jacob Pereira we definitely will stay in touch then Jacob! We typically only will even mess with a deal if all in costs are 70% to the ARV just to be conservative, sometimes on 80% if there are some other variables that make it a more solid deal, but from the time I initially made this post yesterday I've actually already gotten some strong leads come through from bastrop just off of the couple of signs we put out throughout the town.

I am a local wholesaler in Austin, TX but I grew up in Bastrop so I know the area very well, just seeing if anyone knows how good of a market Bastrop would be for wholesaling. And if anyone knows any buyers in the area.

Anyone have any recommendations on some good creative inexpensive marketing tactics online? We flood craigslist and Facebook but just seeing if anyone has any other ideas
