Hi all!  In preparation for my first deal, I am trying to establish a relationship with a good local contractor for walk-throughs as I find potential fixer-uppers.  Please message any referrals thanks!

Your instinct to build your team and plan ahead are great! Keep it up. However, as alluded to above having a contractor on your team that is willing to give his time to walk properties comes after having worked with someone a good bit.  Have you read @JScott's book on estimating rehab costs? It's a great place to sharpen your skills in that area.
