Hi all, I'm looking to partner with someone on BRRRRs and/or fix and flips. I'm currently in a salaried role that would be able to cover down payments and rehabs, and I also like to run numbers for deal analyses. What would be the best way to network and find the right fit for my situation?

Thanks for all the welcoming info! With the consensus regarding multifamily house hacking, I will definitely be on the hunt for a multifamily requiring some sweat equity as well.

Thanks for the info all! I think I was jumping the gun a bit. It definitely makes sense to establish scope of work on my own before getting a contractor involved.  Good tips on the online avenues for seeking contractors and I will definitely read JScott's book.

Hi all!  In preparation for my first deal, I am trying to establish a relationship with a good local contractor for walk-throughs as I find potential fixer-uppers.  Please message any referrals thanks!

Hi all! My name is Evan, and my partner and I (both 28 years old) are new to real estate investing.  I'd love to connect with others in my area (Austin TX).

For my first deal I'm on the hunt for a fixer-upper in Austin to renovate and live in/sell/rent. For financing, my partner and I have our options open for any combination of hard money, private money, FHA, and/or some of our own capital.

I currently work in software and would love to leverage some of my automation skills to streamline repetitive tasks related to real estate investing (if there are any!).  Can't wait to analyze my first find and get some feedback!
