As a Canadian looking to investin U.S. real estate, will I require a Canadian cross-border accountant, a U.S. cross-border accountant, or both?

Thanks

@Scott Innocente

Based upon our experience, you will be more successful in finding a Canadian accountant who is experienced with cross-boarder business and U.S.A. accounting/taxation than a U.S.A. accountant familiar with Canadian accounting/taxation.
