Land Trusts In Seattle
Anyone using land trusts to purchase REOs or other MLS properties for wholesaling purposes? Been researching land trusts and discussing with attorney but curious how people are using it in the Greater Seattle area. We were using multiple LLCs to make offers on MLS properties but moving to a Land Trust instead.
I read the book by Attorney Mark Warda and understand the legal concepts behind land trusts. Looking for Washington State specific info.
