Seattle price chart doesn't look good

On top of all the economic indicators being the exact same as they were in 2005, 2006 and 2007 before the 2008 crash, this chart shows what could just be the beginning of the decline. Not as bad as last time, but still. I'm sure this thread will get peppered with nonsensical "I don't feel it's crashing posts anyways...because emotions matter more than facts...
