Best Real Estate accountant in Toronto, offices in Oakville and Markham.  She is an investor herself, and knows ALL the latest CRA info off the top of her head.  Also consults on corporate structure and asset protection.  I have had the pleasure of hearing her speak on 3 separate occasions....knows her stuff!
