Anyone has any experience renting out to ODSP (Ontario Disability)? Any gotcahs? Anything to look out for?

My personal experience of having to deal with them is the most are scamming the system. They all have attitude issues and hate all landlords. The world has done them all wrong. Blame everyone but themselves Very low social standards. If they are on it for depression or anxiety you can be guaranteed they are conning the system.
Do I have a attitude, you bet, can't collect from them when they default and 80% will be a problem guaranteed.
The vast majority on welfare of any type in Ontario are scammers stealing tax dollars and all believe they deserve every cent they receive. Been screwed one to many times by them to ever again accept any applicant on any form of welfare.
I reject all applicants on welfare. High risk, nothing but excuses, no guarantees, can't collect, can't evict, not worth the hassle.
