I find it hilariously hypocritical of those that spout negative posts about "gurus" or "snake oil salesmen" without testing them out first.  I know a lot of college professors that don't teach anything worth a damn in the subject they claim as their expertise. They get paid by the colleges and the students pay a TON more in tuition for those classes than any would-be wholesaler pays for a seminar.  And, I would easily win any argument that the knowledge you receive from a seminar concentrated on a subject which, if used correctly, can net you thousands of dollars in income within weeks is worth thousands times more than any standard educational instruction in the basics of getting a J.O.B.  Granted, some "gurus" are not what they claim to be, but, if you do your research and have as much faith as you do in your so-called professors, you will find the one(s) with which you feel most comfortable and provides the most necessary information for you to move forward in your quest for financial freedom via real estate.  In the end, regardless of your teacher, your success is always dependent on what YOU do with what you learn.
