Does anyone have any recommendations for Home Warranty companies that they have used.

Thanks the problem is there is soemtimes to much information, in bits and pieces. As oppoesed to a direct formula.

Since I am new to the concept of Wholesaling and I am finding my self going into information overload is there a step by step guide to keep me on track.

When it comes to doing deals in Massachusetts for wholesaling. I was told that Lawyers handle closings in Massachusetts. and that I would need to find a lawyer that handles real estate transactions and ask them if they understand assignments. MA doesn't have escrow companies. Not sure if this is true since I'm just starting out.
