Wholesaling in Massachusetts

When it comes to doing deals in Massachusetts for wholesaling. I was told that Lawyers handle closings in Massachusetts. and that I would need to find a lawyer that handles real estate transactions and ask them if they understand assignments. MA doesn't have escrow companies. Not sure if this is true since I'm just starting out.

Welcome to BP and best of luck getting your investing career started.

Ann has good advice and you should listen to it. Also the Black Diamond meetings are a great resource to learn and network so being Boston based you should try to get out to those.

Lots of other meetings all over Eastern MA and NH to check out and build your knowledge base and professional network.
