Hello Everyone, My husband and I are considering joining Palak Shah's 3-month cohort portfolio program.

Her program teaches you how to invest in Real Estate using her blueprint for value-add investing strategy also known as the supercharged BRRRR strategy, even if you have never invested in real estate before. It is a chance to learn directly for her in the company of other ambitious investors.

The price of the course is $8K.  Did anybody here take this course? Can anybody provide honest feedback?

Hello Melisa! No, we did not join her course. We were not satisfied with what they were providing for $8000. All of those pieces of information are available on the internet and in books. We are self learning and soon will be doing our 1st BRRRR.
