Which YouTube real estate gurus are worthwhile

I am subscribed to many guru's on YouTube and find the most valuable to be Ben Mallah, two guys take on real estate , and thatch Nguyen.

what guru's do you think add the most value?

Typically NO ONE that charges more than $50 for anything.

Otherwise, they are just usually trying to jam you into their sales funnel to pump you for as much money as they can.
