Is anyone familiar with the "Private Money Goldmine" lenders list.  I have come across a site where an investor can purchase a list of private money lenders in their area.  It's called "Private Money Goldmine".

Yes, I have purchased this list myself. My best recommendation would be to Qualify!Qualify! Qualify!! Verify! Verify! Verify!  The list is very large, you will find some "mom and pop" lenders along with professional lenders. When talking to these lenders don't be scared to ask for references from previous investors. Best of Luck! @Michael Hurdle
