So ever since i decided that real estate will be my method of generating wealth, I've been on this insatiable quest for knowledge while i save up. I've been skeptical of the gurus. But i came across David Tilney. I listened to him on youtube. There are two vids i found that are over an hour each. He does one teaching per year. His info sounds really really good. Has any one else heard of him?

For 30 years educators in real estate I respect are:

David Tilney - Leases and Master Leases
Dyches Boddiford - Asset Protectionand Entities
John Schaub - Getting 500 houses
Peter Fortunato - Notes and Creative Financing and Exchanging - Trading
Jay DeCima - Rehabs with Hands On Examples
Jimmy Napier - Notes and Exchanging - Trading
Gary Johnston - Notes and Teaching the HP 12C Calculator

I have invested well over 2-3 K per year on seminars, so $2K x 30 = $60K...

So do realtors, loan originators, CPAs, financial planners, etc.

There is nuthin' for nuthin'
