Flip or Flop couple SuccessPath Class?

Tarek and Christina from HGTVs Flip or Flop, will be bringing there class to numerous cities including Dover, Delaware and Harrisburg, Pennsylvania among other places. The ticket is free so there is obviously an upsale involved, but what do you think about this? Most of these classes and seminars are based off of some "guru" but this couple don't seem like that style of person or ego. Does anyone know about what the up sale is and what kind of tactics they focus on that'd be different from a Than Merrill type of seminar. Also, is this a seminar where the couple will ACTUALLY be there? Or send some other key note speaker? Let me know if you think it is worth it or not. Thank you!
