"You can try Jerry Norton's Flipstersystem.com for $1 for a month."....Hmm very scary reviews on rip off report. After the trial it is $97 dollars per month. Has anyone actually used this system.? Danny seems to have stellar reviews.... I'm just saying.

@Kevin Bolser Thanks for mention about not being the guru type at all.  I appreciate that.  Regarding the course, it really boils down to whether you feel the need to have the steps spelled out with the intention to take action with each step, immediately.  I want to emphasize taking action because that is the best use of the materials.

I do agree with the other comments on this thread regarding being about to find the information you need to work the wholesaling business here on BP, podcasts and blogs.  It's really just about where you are and how much time you want to spend putting it all together.  I always feel no matter what you do, or what course you go with, you continue to use BP and the other valuable resources to supplement and continue your education.

If you've not listened to podcasts (especially the Flipping Junkie podcast and the BP podcast ;)), you should definitely start there.  There is so much valuable information shared on the house flipping podcasts.  It's really an incredible resource.

Thanks for the response  @Gregg Contreras ,@Glenn Tracy. I agree with both of you 100% . I have been on BP reading , watching and listening trying to educate myself as much as possible . Flipping Junkie is Danny Johnson and a contributer here on BP , I'm not to sure if I would consider him a guru type at all ! I like his message and what he has to say and his books and software are well worth the price . I just couldn't find anything on the freedom by flipping course that he offers .

@Danny Johnson thanks for the advice . The podcast have been a good resource for me I've been listening to them whenever I get a chance . The latest ones you have on flipping junkie have been excellent.I like how you are setting them up as a series , rather then skipping from topic to topic !! It has been flowing very well in my opinion ! Of course the BP podcast are great as well , I'm real close to have listened to all of them !!!! I plan on making offers within the next month on properties and start to grow this part of my life to help me get where I want to be !!!

https://www.biggerpockets.com/users/KevinB96  I'd have to agree with https://www.biggerpockets.com/users/Dasecurityguy57 100%!  My personal opinion is that there are a ton of tools here on BP, ebooks, podcasts, webinars, blogs, etc, that you can learn a TON from for much, MUCH less money, if not for free!  Not to say that some of those "Guru's" don't know what they're talking about or don't have great systems in place, but with the thousands of dollars you spend on their courses/sales pitch, (call it what you want) you could easily put that same money towards an investment, JV, etc., (after doing your research of course).  Best of luck to you!

My personal insight: Do not spend too much money on trainging, unless you have a good bank acct. You can try Jerry Norton's Flipstersystem.com for $1 for a month. There is an actual systen to start a busiess, but also a good deal of educational material. I do agree with the info, on the website you mentioned, to begin with learning about wholesaling. That is so much safer to DO than flipping houses. I most strongly discourage anyone from flipping until you know not only the business, but THE markets! •

And speaking of markets, you must master "marketing" in wholesaling! And wholesaling is one of many exit strategies that must be learned before you take on a flip!
