I've heard podcasts about Joe McCall and Scott Ulmer who are doing lease options big time.  Anyone has any experience working with them or taking their course?  How does it help?

What's your advice on getting it started?  With a guru?  Anyone open to partnering/mentoring on "lease option/purchase"?

I would like to get into more of these as well. I have been reading Wendy Patton's books on the subject, but it is still confusing to me.
