September 26/27 a priced properly 2 day event where a newer local larger(but humble) investment professional will be disclosing much of his personal success information on fix/flips, buy/hold, wholesaling, etc. I have known this guy for at least 3 years back when he was just getting started, and he has come a long way. Minnesota people might want to consider going for he has some unique formulas. I saw him last night during his monthly get-together and he was very sharp.

I’ve heard Vena speak in person & just did one of her online courses! She’s the real deal! She over delivers, keeps it entertaining, is straight forward, and honest. She teaches what she actually does! Well worth the money!
