Bankruptcy education?

Question

I am interested in learning about investing in home's that have been kicked out of bankruptcy. I did a quick search on the topic and didnt find much. Is there anyone on BP that focuses on this topic? Can anyone recommend a course/ or other information, other than Mark Klee's?

Not sure of many other courses usually you will get files that are aged or a motion has been filed on them thatâ€™s how you will know they are about to get kicked out. Ages bks are people that have been in bk for a certain amount of time, that time coordinates when most people get kicked out. Dismissed bks are what you will be looking for most likely and you can find them from just about any list broker for cheap.

Quite frankly, I was able to sit through the free presentation (in person at REIA, but webinar is about the same), and I fiigured out how to do it without paying for any courses.

When you come across people who have been in this predicament, they are sometimes more responsive - since selling is one of the few real ways to stop their "unstopable foreclosure" (that was the guru term for this).  I have also come across some who were still dragging things out, and at least one who has gone into a fresh bankruptcy as well; so some still stubbornly hang on and refuse to sell.
