RealeFlow, REIpro, podio, or...what do you use, and why

Hello BP nation. I have a question as I am trying to make a decision on a CRM type of program like Realeflow, REIpro, Investorfuse, etc..

Ultimately, I want to manage my business (fix/flip) from one central location. Website, hosting, pipeline, follow up plans, contracts, emails, marketing, but also have a very strong SEO site for leadflow. Having deal flow from SEO to me has a much higher value than the other features.

What is working for you, whats not and why?

Thank you

 Good to meet you.

A crm should allow you to place calls answer calls. Send texts and emails Have a chat service. Allow people to schedule appointments.

It should have webforms and campaigns for automatic follow up.

All within the CRM.

Voice blasts etc

Disclosure: Owner

I own CallText.com that does all of the heavy lifting. From one touch phones, email, text both short code and long code, RVM, web forms, chat, conference and it all sits inside a CRM.

@Matt Rosen , I was just wondering the same thing for my business.  Did you ever find an answer or a system to use that satisfies your request of, "Ultimately, I want to manage my business (fix/flip) from one central location. Website, hosting, pipeline, follow up plans, contracts, emails, marketing, but also have a very strong SEO site for leadflow."   All help is appreciated!
