First Rental Property

Hello everybody. I’m a 24 year old maintenance technician for a property management group in Buffalo, NY. I just recently read “rich dad poor dad” and now I’m starting to build my real estate portfolio. I’m going to look at a 6 unit tomorrow, and I was wondering if anyone could help me with the process. I just want to know what kind of questions I should ask my realtor and what’s important to find out. Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thank you!
