Hello there, I herd of something called infinite banking and when I looked into it, it basically has to do with life insurance. I was wondering if this is an actual good idea and legit. If anyone has used this to purchase property or has any experience I’d love to hear from you, thanks

Hello everybody. I’m a 24 year old maintenance technician for a property management group in Buffalo, NY. I just recently read “rich dad poor dad” and now I’m starting to build my real estate portfolio. I’m going to look at a 6 unit tomorrow, and I was wondering if anyone could help me with the process. I just want to know what kind of questions I should ask my realtor and what’s important to find out. Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thank you!
