Looking to Invest in Hampton Roads Area?

Lesley Riddick
Posted

Hi Everyone, I'm semi new to the BP forum. I'm looking to invested a duplex or multi-unit with a few friends. I currently live in DC but I grew up in Hampton Roads so I know the area pretty well...especially, Portsmouth, Chesapeake and Suffolk areas. I would love to connect with someone who has similar interests. I'm looking into the Norfolk or Portsmouth area; however, I've heard Portsmouth has high property taxes and the tolls can also be a hassle, as well.

Lesley, are you looking for a partner or an investor friendly realtor? If you are looking for a realtor I recommend @Claudio Valdivia or @Erica Osborn, they pretty much run the investor network here. If you need a partner, or boots on the ground, I may be interested!
