Looking to get a HELOC on a 2 unit investment property. I'm located in western New York. I plan to reach out to Wells Fargo, PenFed and M&T, but wanted to know if anyone had any other recommendations.

Signature Federal credit Union seems to allow for a HELOC on an investment property based upon their website. https://www.signaturefcu.org/P... you give me the contact for your Alliance rep that you are getting your HELOC from?

I dont think I wrote the contact down.
