I'm creating a site to aggregate all fractional listings

It seems like there's so many platforms like GroundFloor, Pacaso, Arrived that are offering fractional real estate online. It would be nice to have one listing portal that has the inventory from all these sites. Has any one done this already or know of a site that's doing it?

Hi Chris, thanks for the response. I'm still trying to figure out how best to define the sector as well.

To answer your questions: yes, your shareholders are considered fractional owners and your fund and others like it are offering fractional real estate.

Are your shares available online? The companies I mentioned allow for investors to purchase the shares through their website. What I'm building would aggregate all of those investment opportunities. Fractional real estate that is available with a digital signature is a maybe a good definition?
