Database program to keep track or contacts

Hey guys,

I hope you all had a great Christmas.

Can anyone recommend a database program where I can enter information of all buyers, sellers and real estate professionals that I have established relationships over the years to keep track of everyone easier?

We also have 3 employees and I would also like them to have access to this same system.

So for example if anyone adds a new contact and they just finished a call with that contact as soon as they enter the details of what was discussed I would want it updated for everyone to see.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
