Does anyone use Investor Books PRO System?
I was looking for a way to manage my rentals and was wondering if anyone was using Mike Butler's Investor Book PRO System? I have read Mike's Book Landlording on Autopilot and thought the book was a wealth of information. I am curious if the actual tenant tracking system and the other items included are worth the money?
