Lead Data Entry - Automations
Has anyone else automated their lead data entry?
I was spending hours/week manually entering leads from Zillow, website forms, etc. into my CRM.
Finally, set up an automation that:
- Watches my email for inquiries
- Extracts contact info automatically
- Creates/updates contacts in my CRM
- Tags lead sources
- Sends me mobile notifications (email/text)
It took about 30 minutes to set up, and it costs nothing unless you're processing 1K+ leads/month ($9/mo after that). Works with most CRMs—Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, LionDesk, etc.

I used to have multiple apps and API connections, but got tired of maintaining and paying for them.
